I too was a guest on this trip. Just as it is unfortunate to have car trouble on a trip it is also unfortunate for the bus to have trouble, but these things happen. And yes, one of the counties in MS had just had a big rain and hadn't even gotten up "road closing signs" yet, so we had to backtrack and take a different route. Then we arrived at beautiful Beau Rivage Resort and had a wonderful three days, with a day trip to New Orleans. I have been on several Why Not Travel trip and plan on future trips. Sometimes unforeseen things happen and you just have to make the most of it.
