Rachel has been doing my hair (haircut & highlights) for almost a year now & I can't imagine me letting anyone else touch it...I left Cost Cutters because the operator just stopped cutting my hair like I had asked her to..With Rachel, she does everything she can to make me a happy camper & when I leave there, I AM a Happy Camper..My best wishes go out to her, Tad & baby Kennedy (spelling ???) when she gets here in Oct...Thanx Rachel, u r the BEST..Love & Hugs..Charlie
