Spay and neuter referral and assistance for Missouri pets to assist in reducing the homeless pet population. Educate our youth on the importance of becoming responsible pet owners. Assist with rescue of dogs at risk of euthanasia in shelters by networking with other rescue groups. Assist when possible with vaccinations to ensure pets in our state remain healthy. Provide better shelter for outdoor dogs by providing free dog houses to those in need.
