Waited a very long time anytime I order from the papa johns in Jefferson City. The staff I have dealt with are very rude and not people friendly at all.

Any business should be able and willing to cooperate with its customers about making special requests. An employee, especially a manager should never argue or be sarcastic with a customer. Our expierence with this company was surprising as well as appaling. It would have been much more appropriate to calmly explain that the facility was unable to meet our demands instead of placing blame and making false accusations.
