My expirience with Dr. John Spears and the Mo Spine Institute was a horrible one. I have seen 4 other reputable drs. over the years for back problems, and have been diagnosed with several problems. I heard about the MSI, and decided to see if anything could be done to help me.Dr. Spears was loud, rude, and over-bearing. He pretty much told me that I don't have all that much wrong with my back. Well, other drs. and my constant back pain tell me otherwise! He did not listen to me at all! I would NOT recommend that anyone else see him!

I went due to insurance and Atty requesting another opinion and found Dr John Spears very Rude and did not listen to me. Dr Spears told me You don't get it" I do get it and found his attitude of refusal to listen totatly unaceptable. I can provide health care professionals who know my history and would discount this Doctors words and make him look very bad due to his comments.Dr Spears has a wonderful reputation as a surgeon if you can get past his non existant listening skills and telling me that I do not know what I am talking about. I am very dissapointed in this visit and would never go back to him agin. Nor would I recomend Dr Spears to anyone.
