There is no other place I have found the has the custimer service Meadow Ridge has. Any retail store can sell you a remote control car, a battery and tell you go have fun. You will have fun untill something goes wrong or you break something ( and you will). It comes down to what happens after the sale is where Meadow Ridge is way above the rest. I've yet to find any hobby shop that will go out of their way to to explain, repair. or have the part on hand you need. If by some chance they don't have the part they will order it and usually have it within a week. If They had a higher rateing score higher than 5 star, Meadow Ridge would have it.

One of the most helpfull hobby shops I have visited. They go out of their way to help you with out getting in your way while looking around. I'm looking forward to their new store, where they will have much more room and hopefully more stock especially MTH Premier Union Pacific.

The staff is very up on all the model trains. I have bought all my stuff for my layout from there. Their prices are very competitive with the internet. If they don't have a item you are looking for. they will do their best to go online and find it
