My husband and I celebrated our aniversary at this establishment. We expected to at least have hot food or maybe the service would make up for the lack of detail given to the meal.

The wings were so cold that the grease looked like it had thickened on the wings. Half of my order was missing. Never got drinks until midway through our meal. My husband never even got a drink but we were charged for it. The service was ungodly terrible. Aside from not getting half of our meal we had to wait 40 minutes to get cold food. The ribs were discusting and tasted freezer burned.

We were never greeted, and never told goodbye... Nothing! When we were ready to leave and tried to pay our ticket, we stood at the counter for another five minutes waiting for someone to pay. Then some kid finally comes over and says who was your waitress in a rude and snide manner. Well, kid I dont know who the waitress was because she never came to our table but one time and that was to deliver your nasty food.

All in all I would not even rate this establishment because it would be somewhere around negative 10. The people are rude, the food sucked and since I could not stomache the food I had to go home and order Imo's pizza.

My advice to others is to try somewhere else and if you have to eat out make Buffalo Wild Wings in Jefferson City a last resort.
