I had Carolina Diesel install an engine in my 2005 Ford F-350. It was a 6.0L Turbo engine, which was acquired by Carolina Diesel.



Upon paying almost $10,000.00 for the engine replacement, I was told that any warranty work takes priority. This has not been the case. Immediately a day after picking up my truck, I informed the mechanic that the engine was barely running in the mornings, and had a sputter. I was told there was something in the engine which needed cleaning out, and they would do it. They told me to drop off the truck. When asked when it would be looked at, I was told sometime in the next few weeks. I cannot leave my work truck for weeks, just sitting there waiting to be looked at.



Now, I have gone to the shop four times during listed business hours, and the shop is locked, and it appears that no one even works there any longer.
