I went to these folks for my annual eye exam expecting a new prescription. Five minutes into the exam the Doc said it was a waste of time, that my cataracts were to the point that I couldn't be refracted to anything better that 20/40...not nearly good enough. I was referred to an opthamologist who, sadly, no longer accepted my insurance.



Long story short, I found an opthamologist to do the surgery in Sandy Springs. Cataract surgery is supposed to have 1 day, 1 week, and 30 day follow ups, and the surgeon told me to go back to Enfocus for those followups...and then didn't pay them, desp[ite getting followup pay from the insurance company. Despite this, the folks at Enfocus took great care to make sure I got the care I was supposed to get at no additional cost to me. They wouldn't even take the money I tried to pay them.



I will be using them for all eye care needs for my family from now on, period.Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly...everything one could ask for.
