Called prior to the appt to make sure they were on my insurance. This was in january. Today I get a bill for $600. I call them they say they don't accept my insurance and it's my responsibility to be informed. Claim I never gave them my ins. card. I verified I was covered PRIOR to my appointment. According to their notes I couldn't find my card. FALSE! It's hard to be informed when you are given false information and than you're expected to pony up $600 based on their word against yours. I am beyond upset and feel like I have completely been scammed by these people!
