Literally they had my vehicle for over a month. While Ron, the owner seemed professional at first, he allowed me to pay him $1300 and drive my vehicle 2 blocks away from his garage, just to have it die in my driveway. I lost $1300 to Ron.

We had been to two other locations to find why our check engine light was on. No one had the right diagnostic services to even tell us what was wrong, but Jamestown Auto Center did!!!! They found the problem quickly and repaired it at a great rate. In addition, they were really nice and carefully explained what needed to be done. This was a great experience. with very professional company.
