Haven't gone in and gotten a personal fitness evaluation there. But the instructor Merideth is awesome, I wouldn't go to anybody else if your trying to get in shape and need guidance, and knowing her on a personal level just a great person to know I recommend focused fitness to anybody...hi mem!

Love this place, I've been working out once a week for last 7 months or so, Meredith (trainer) motivates and pushes you to reach whatever your goal is. I would highly recommend it.
