I employed the services of a contractor who used Royal Engireering to do a house plan for restoration services at my home. The company never contacted me to sign any document before the plan was issued. However they affix their stamp on a plan with my signature forged. They also conspired with the contractor to do shady substandard work for a fraction of what I discussed with them. The plan was that when the job is finished Royal Engineering would pass the jos even though there are violations. I got suspicious when the contractor wanted to statrt painting even though he was just two weeks on the job. Be careful how you elicitic their services.
