On ULTA'S website they have a $50 Cut, Color, and Style sale until Saturday March 10, 2012. And when I went in Yesterday March 7. 2012. They said that they don't do it, because their stylist are ABOVE that level. And my thinking is if they are above that level(whatever "level" they are talking about) they should know how to do it. And, i was told but someone that they really aren't supposed to tell me they can't do that, but either way i don't think it was right to not do what's on your site. And i was going into ULTA because back home that's all i go to, and I'm about to celebrate my 21rst Birthday, and i am getting pictures done, and i wanted to look my best, with a new hair cut, and color.But, I just lost a lot of respect for this salon, but if anyone in Jacksonville NC wants to go somewhere, go to Current Hair Spa! They are amazing, and so incredibly nice.

I already did, and she said she had received the same service. I'd rather go back to ordering online from Sephora than spending my money there.
