Went in one afternoon to get my daughter's dance bag monogrammed and was ignored for several minutes. I stood there waiting on someone to assist me and was ignored. It is a small business and I attempted to be patient, but there was not a lot of people, but i was still ignored and after several minutes decided to leave. I will not shop there ever.
