I bought a rehab property in Jacksonville, NC and hired a contractor who gave me a timetable to complete the rehab of approximately 3 weeks. On the 4th week only 2 of 8 rooms were painted, not to mention repairs and preparation were not done. I fired that contractor and called Roger Carroll of Southern Touch Painting, Maintenance and Power Washing. Within 10 minutes he responded. 25 minutes later, I had a very reasonable estimate with a promise to be done with an extensive list of repairs and painting within 48 hours. 48 HOURS!! That's better and than the best fix and flip shows on TV. Roger Carroll makes it easy and profitable to buy a distressed property for rehab. I will use his services on my rental property purchase very soon.
