The people here do not know anything about the products they sell. They are uneducated on what you need and what you don't! They will scam you into buying expensive stuff you don't even need and they tell you that you are all set and that it should be everything you need and when you get home to dye your hair you don't even have the right stuff. It's happened to me twice!
