should of came here first to view rating of this company I lived an learned by my mistake I made by calling rays septic service

I called them 2 weeks ago to have someone sent out to look at my septic and she said they wouldn't have someone out that day but she'll let me know when they will have someone in the area. I said ok. Waited a couple days. Then called them back 6 days later asking if someone was going to be sent out. She still said no one was going to be in my area. Long story short 2 weeks and counting still haven't gotten a call from them. Called someone else and they came out the next day! I wouldn't recommend them at all!

Spoke to the lady on the phone, she was very polite an efficient. The 2 guys that came out to the house was prompt and really honest professionals.

Horrible! Please, if you need a septic tank drained, do not use this company. They took our 250 dollar "cash only" and never pumped the system. Now, I have to pay another company 180 dollars to come out and actually do their job. The septic guy didn't even dig up the tank. Horrible, and the "secretary" has a lack of customer service which is either lack of knowledge or morals.

I called Ray's septic service to have my septic cleaned out sense it has been 7 years ago when I moved in.I called on a Tues. Got an appointment on the Friday. They were on time! Both Gentlemen were very nice, and even took time out to teach me a few thing about maintaining my septic take. They were in and out in less then 30 minutes! It was so easy and Iam grateful for your service!

I called a plumber first to check a problem with my toilets and shower backing up with water. The issue was from the septic system and was backing up everything. I call Ray's and they came out to pump the tank and just the tank. The system is still backed up and is causing the same issue as before. I called Ray's again and was told that if I wanted the septic pump checked I need to call a plumber. What kind of place charges $200.00 and does not make sure the system is in good working order? Not a good company, not BBB accredited and certainly not worth calling.

with an education i seen some dumbads but this has to top them all give a mexican an education an he thinks he is the best ...
