I DONT KNOW WHY PEOPLE ARE BAD MOUTHING GOINES TOWING & RECOVERY.
MY CAR IS MY LIFE AND I LEFT IT SOMEWHERE I SHOULDNT. WELL GOINES WENT AND PICKED IT UP.
HAD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BUT WHEN I GOT THERE AT 3424 BURGAW HWY I WAS GREETED WITH A SMILE AND FRIENDLY HELLO. THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE WERE SUPER NICE AND VERY UNDERSTANDING OF MY SITUATION. BY THE TIME I LEFT I HAD MY CAR AND A $50 DISCOUNT ON MY FEES. THANK YOU GOINES I WILL DEFFINATELY RECOMMEND YOU.

Terrible service. My boat was wrongfully Reposessed due to bank auto draft error. I went the very next day and retrieved my boat back from this company and they wouldn't even let me in the gate until I paid $150 although it wasn't even there For 24hrs and they advertise $75/day. They Cracked my driveway driving a big truck on the edge of it. They put my fishing rods down in the boat instead of leaving them at my house. They broke the emblem on the side of my boat and ripped the spot light off of the t-top. They refused to help fix any of the damages and when I got angry and told them that they should be ashamed of treating people and their property that way, The owner even had the nerve to say "well I took it for a test drive too. It drives good." Which is very believable considering the nature of these folks and the power was still turned on when I got there to pick it up. The Owner as well as all of the girls in the office were very disrespectful and one of them even flipped me the bird while I was leaving. *Photos of damages included* feel free to contact me for more details.

I had to give them a star but i wish i didn't. DON'T EVER GO! They took a whole tank out of my car! And the lady on the phone was so mean and horrible customer service!
