Horrible service. If you are not dealing with a Geico claim your stuff keeps getting pushed to the back of the line. My truck was in their shop for over 6.5 WEEKS. Every promise they made turned into more time. I am so disgusted with their promises. As I write this I am still waiting on the truck to get back from being aligned. I would've thought they could do that here. I won't ever bring anything back here!

I brought my vehicle in for minor repair on driver side and was told it would take a week to fix it. 3 1/2 weeks later I finally got it back. Every time I called they said they would put a priority on it, and it should be done within a few days, but when I called back it still wasn't done. One excuse after another. Paint job was good after I finally got it back, but they should have been up front with me to begin with and tell me it would take longer.

Absolutely wonderful!!!!! I highly recommend Brynn Marr Body Shop. If you have Geico Insurance and need a car... All under one roof. Geico took care of my claim, the Enterprise agent in the office gave me a car, and the body shop ....well they did a very professional job in one day. They even cleaned and detailed my car. Thanks guys.

I was hit on two sides of my car. The shop did very poor repairs and the car has been returned to the shop for many problems with the work and with everyday that passes it seems more and more problems keep presenting them selves. the shop keep me in the dark throughout the whole process and i am very very unstatisfied with the results.

Just wanted to say thank you! My husband was in a minor car accident and the wonderful folks at Brynn Marr Body Shop made the repairs and the whole issue of dealing with an accident very soothing. From the time the car was towed there until the time I drove it away there was never any problems encountered. Very courteous and professional and the work completed was beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for minor or major body work needing to be done to their vehicle.

I had deep scratches and scrapes on my bumper from being hit in a parking lot and was referred to Brynn Marr Body Shop repairs. They did an excellent job. The paint matches perfectly, I can't even tell where the damage was at and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. They were very friendly and extremely fast with service. ..my car was finished in a day! I would definitely recommend Brynn Marr for all your auto body repairs. They do excellent work!!!
