Wow. Super fast service and took just minutes to unlock the vehicle. In addition, had several recommendations to make re: local services needed for quality work. Hopefully I'll never need those services again, but if I do, he'll be the one I call.

I called a bunch of locksmiths during the ice storm (Jan 29, 2014) and Ben is the only one who answered. He explained the roads were covered in ice and closed and was very sorry. Then he called the police to find out if/when he could get on the road and called back with the information. He was willing to drive on terrible roads, and bad very dangerous side roads to help out a mom with a baby locked out of her house with two dogs locked in the house. Very professional, fair pricing. You literally can't better service than this!

Ben drove to our house immediately after I called him and was very prompt. He helped us fix a weathered deadbolt and replaced our locks and made us new keys! He was great and took the time needed to fix everything throughly. Very happy with the service.

We have a house in Surf City, NC and had lent the key to some relatives so they could use it for the week. But when they arrived, realized that we had given them the storage shed key, not the house key. In a panic I called B&B and he assured me it was no problem, and would head over to the house right then. I should mention that this was 7:15 pm on a Sunday night. Within 45 minutes he had arrived and was able to get in the house. He even offered to make a key for them, but there was an extra one by the stove so we were set. He was professional, courteous, and charged us a fair price. Highly recommend him, just a great guy all around.

This man is awesome! When I locked my keys out of my car, he was very friendly and professional over the phone. He was on his way, literally while I was talking to him (I could hear the car dinging in the background as he plugged my address into the GPS). As he was on his way, my husband called and said he was coming home, so he could unlock it. When I called to cancel the locksmith service, the gentleman was very polite. I offered to pay him for his time and he politely refused and said to just remember him next time. I CERTAINLY WILL!

I called and they where at my house in less than 15 minutes, he was really profesional and opened my car door fairly quick, I would recomend them any time :)
