This is the most horrible experience of my life! Every time I order anything online, I try to find out if UPS is doing the shipping. If they are, I either DON'T order, or I ask my shipper to use Fedex or USPS. Yes, even USPS is soooo much better than UPS!
TOO many situations to actually report, all I care to write about is that UPS does not care about your packages. They just care to get paid and move on. Let's show UPS that we don't care that they make it in this world. BOYCOTT UPS

In Jacksonville don't prefer this one. Here customer care and store people are not nice and they don't know the answer of there own system. They never say sure about any thing. They simple try your luck on small things. I made a mistake that i put my home as a delivery address but i work that time. So relize that thing and i want to change address that was not happened so i choose other option that is store pickup in there system it showed me i can go and get that one i make sure with customer care people. But the pacage was bot there. They gave lot of trouble to me. The pickup center was like 25 miles from my place

I am a business trying to find out information of a package they shipped to our customer and when you call the phone number it just rings forever and then directs you to call a different location and does not supply you with another phone number to call !!!!
