This place is FUN! I stopped in just to check out their produce. Prices were amazingly reasonable and veriy competitive with regular grocery stores. The bakery products are delicious with a huge variety of buns, breads, sweets etc. Prices not bad either. And for a quick delicious healthy to go lunch they have fresh made to order lunches and sandwiches in the deli. They have ones already made if you are on a very short time schedule. Lots of unique products in all departments, some are quite pricy but usually they provide several options at different prices. Fresh olive bar, salad bar, deli sands, paninni, etc. I will be going back for sure.

I loved to shop at Fresh Mkt in Ft. Lauderdale, Coral Gables, Charlotte, and now Jacksonville. All are excellent and make me happy to shop. The check out sometimes is a little surprise as I seem to pick up more than necessary. But guess what---It is always seems to to be eaten. Everyone is always kind, know their job and give excellent service. From flowers to meat , fresh orange juice to candy(which is hard to find elsewhere) it is all there. We really need a Fresh Market near Baymeadows and 9A that is a busy place and lots of us would like one. This is the first time I have ever written a review and I did so as after reading the ones here I wanted to first write this and then mention one review I felt should be addressed. The one by "Phil" that said you had a checkout women who was not as nice as she could of been (perhaps true) but the rest of his review pertaining to her was, mean and uncalled for, you should be ashamed of yourself, Mr. Perfect 352 days a year.

I love shopping at the fresh market. They have the best fresh produce and I always find new types of fruits and veggies there. The hot foods they make are great too.
