The fact that I have to provide them with a star rating at all baffles me. If I could give them negative stars I would. I called them today to place a delivery order and was greeted with the worst customer service I have ever experienced in life. The woman for was very abrupt and didn't take the time to effectively listen to the order. When she was asked to read it back for accuracy she huffed as if she was aggravated. And to no avail she had the order incorrect. After trying to explain to her that my coworker had ordered an item prepared a specific way from them 2 days prior.. she says "look we don't make it that way". At this point enough was enough and I would rather each Christmas Tree woodchips then spend any money with them. I advised her not to worry about my order and hung up. This rude woman had the nerve to call me back and aggressively ask did I still want the order. No I will never spend a dime there. Customer service is horrible!!!!

My step son and his wife turned my wife and I on to this place and all 4 of us have been crazy about it ever since. The food has always been fresh and well prepared, the service and staff are excellent and friendly. We get treated like family everytime we hit the door or place an order for delivery. And let's say a few words about delivery...prompt, arrives as ordered, hot is hot, cold is cold, drivers are polite and professional.

I agree staff kind of rude. But best dynomite rolls I ever had.
