Mike Grieff did an excellent job of diagnosing our plumbing issues. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you, Mike for the great work and exceptional customer service!

Excellent service and very prompt.. However prices are a bit steep. Travoros 1766 was very quick to respond to call.

They typically do good work, we've used them several times. However, they have changed their pricing structure and because we had several plumbing items that they tended to, we ended up paying $400/hr. Next time I will use another local plumber. Lesson learned.

Their pricing structure is over the top. $600 for 2 hours of work, which included a $75 coupon. We'll hire a different company next time.

My boyfriend (Dan ) cheated on me , dumped me 5 months ago for another town girl with big ass . Wen I called the company about the repair work I needed done, I thought it would be the next day before I could get an appointment,to my surprise and delight I was told someone would be at my house in 45minutes.The Technician (Alex #4353) was on time and very efficient,he told me what he thought the problem might be and what it would cost before the job was done.The work was completed quickly and the Technician was very professional,thanks Alex😊

After bailing water out of the kitchen sink for an hour, I called Roto Rooter for help. Their technician showed up promptly at 8 a.m., diagnosed the problem, explained it and then fixed it. He didn't leave until he was sure everything was working again.

Technician was fine however promptness is handled by schedulers-the 1st person you talk to tells you an unrealistic timing+once you sign on for an appointment then it all changes. I wound up spending the whole day at home waiting until 5pm when the tech arrived. It took 17 minutes to correct and price was $338 !!!! seems pricey to me

Nice gentleman but failed to fix what turned out to be a simple leak and destroyed bathroom. Foolishly trusted Roto Rotor perceived expertise RR more interested in collecting as much as possible from my insurance company. Buyer beware. Real Plummer next time.

I am extremely happy with the professionalism and courtesy that was shown by the rotor rooter workers. They were punctual and worked very hard to complete the job in a timely manner. I started this Thursday morning washing some clothes. All went normally until the washer began the drain cycle. I noticed the drain water was making strange gurgling sounds I had not heard before. I quickly found the adjacent bathroom floor was flooding with backed up sewage from the toilet and the bathtub was also filling with similar effluence. I called Roto Rooter and they sent a tech to my home within the hour. I must add the technician, Saw Goler, (#5176) worked very hard to clear the drain stoppage. He was very courteous and professional through the entire work, even very helpful cleaning up the sewage from the bathtub and toilet. I am 74 years old, partially disable and greatly appreciated his extra help. I give Mr Goler and Roto-Rooter top rating

Errol arrived on time, was very polite and had a very clean appearance,which is important to me. He explained everything thoroughly and showed me the problem. He cleaned up, leaving no trace of his visit. While the price was what I consider expensive, it was very fair. I will use our local rotorooter again.

Saw Galu was my technician and he did a fast and wonderful job. He went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and he was very friendly.

Jerry, our expert, was wonderful. He cleared out the pipe, explained everything, was cordial, and I couldn't be more satisfied.

Had toilet troubles on a Sunday morning. Roto-rooter was at my home with in 1 hr. Fast friendly service. No extra charge for weekend service.
