I've lived here many years and love it! The manager and maintenance are always prompt to fix issues and very friendly. A nice little hole in the wall with many great neighbors!

I love these apartments! Probably the lowest rate I've ever heard of for such a prime location. This complex is directly on the river. It's small and tucked away; we call it a hidden gem. I'm unfamiliar with the previous tenants who've written reviews, but most people in the complex have been here for many, many years. I've never had any complaints, personally or heard of any from neighboring tenants.

its the worst apartments in Jacksonville, dirty and rude management. if you chose to live there you are not alone because you have to live with the cockroaches and other unknown insects. I lived there for one year and I they gave me bad credit or I have to replace an old carpet. the place is unsafe and I do not recommend this place at all.
