I would never take my child back to this place. The doors are locked upon entering and you cannot enter where your child is without knocking and sometimes waiting 5 min for them to let you in. I had called and spoke to the director Ms Sims on one occasion and she began yelling at me on the phone while I could hear children very clearly in the background. Im sure they heard her yelling on the phone. I would never subject any child to this place. They are highly unprofessional and if the director loses her cool that quick with an adult, it makes me wonder how she is with those kids behind locked doors.
