This company is terrible. They delivered a castle for my daughter's party which had maggots in it. Yes, real live maggots. it was dirty, and smelly. The guy knew it too as he was trying to wipe them off with his hand, as if we hadn't noticed. He also had a really shi77y attitude, as if he was doing us a favor by allowing us to rent from him. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCUM BAGS! I would have given them no stars if that was an option!

I rented the princess bounce house for my daughters 4th birthday. The service was excellent, the house was delivered and set up on time and picked up when scheduled. My phone calls were answered quickly and professionally. The prices were significantly better than other rental companies around Jax. I will definitely be using Jump 4 Joy in the future!
