These people at this company are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They are stubborn and have absolutely no idea how to treat people attempting to get the medical supplies that are needed. They insisted that my wife had to come and get her necessary knee scooter and said that we would not allow her to have it unless she paid their fee. We went to Genesis and had no issues with billing, and they said they would deliver the knee scooter to us at the surgery center or hospital. If you have a choice. DO NOT use this company. USE Genesis. Tell your doctors/surgeons.

Would never recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional tactics used upon a loved ones death to retrieve equipment. Entire office was rude and made unlawful threats. I have never been treated so harsh by any company. Especially after the sudden death of a family member who's medical equipment was never in my possession, but threatened to bill myself or call the sheriff!

Beware of this company, This company goes around telling customers that they are Veteran Owned which is completely false and they are impersonating Veterans.
