I'm absolutely astonished anyone would ever have a problem with this company! They do the best work in the northern part of Florida and are a family owned business. If you have any concerns, they happily take care of it for you. Nick and Mario are the greatest team but it's the entire work force that makes the quality products we love from here. They will take the smallest project up to the largest. Stop by and see the amazing work in progress. Their machines are a decade newer than their competitors and can handle many colors!!!!

Amazing Service! I used Jax Embroidery to put names in Christmas gift items. They finished imprinting 23 different custom names in different items and they delivered them to Palatka right on time. Great Work Great Service

Not a good experience. First, they told me they could have what I wanted before I left town for a conference. They did not fulfill that commitment. They tried to make up by sending the demo shirts and hats to me by two day delivery. When the items arrived the shirts wee ok but the hats were the wrong color. I clearly ordered black based hats and they sent me white. It has been 4 months and they still have not sent me the black hats. I would try to find another company if I were you.
