My husband and I started a residential flooring business 4 years ago and before we knew anything about paying IRS payroll taxes ended up owing the IRS a ton of money. I was to the point of crying about this when a Revenue Officer kept showing up and being nasty to me and my husband. Where do they find those people to do that job. They were horrible to us. I needed an attorney to protect us from them. I was so glad to find J. David Tax Law on YP. I had two attorneys working on my case and Brad and Jonathan were awesome to my husband and I. We have it worked out now and no more visits from the IRS goon squad.

This tax law firm did what they said they would for North Carolina and IRS tax debts. They got better terms that I thought were possible for both. I'd called several of the big companies and they only wanted to do my IRS case and not my state, they didn't help me. I also wanted a law firm and a real attorney. These guys did a bang up job for me.

When I got the call that my case was done with the IRS yesterday my attorney that handled my case told me that if I was satisfied with the experience and resolution with the IRS to please leave a review. I am more than satisfied, J. David Tax Law exceeded what I'd hoped for. I don't have to pay the IRS a dime and in less than a year the IRS runs out of time to collect and this whole mess is over. I didn't think I could afford a tax attorney but they worked with me on the fee payment. I looked all over Atlanta for two weeks for an attorney that only did IRS tax and that I could afford. Most wanted a $1000 just to "look" at my case. I couldn't believe it. This firm was awesome for me, exceeded what I was expecting!

This organization did a great job for me. I hadn't filed in several years from a business that I'd had and closed. The IRS hadn't forgotten about it. After years of not hearing anything I received a garnishment letter. I was also about to get married, this happend two weeks before the wedding. After checking in to a couple of firms I decided on this one because they explained everything to me including how they were going to resolve it. They were able to stop the garnishment and they did what I paid them to do.

The State of Maryland had suspended my driver's license due to a tax debt and I didn't find out until I was attempting to go on Port Authority property for my job and was denied entry. My job was in jeopardy because as a truck driver, my driver's license is my job. On top of that two days before I found out about this I got a letter from the IRS saying I owed them. When it rains it pours. I'm glad I didn't fall for some of the fake reviews I say on here when I started looking for at tax attorney. I saw one company had 18 reviews done on the same day. I'm not a genus but I doubt those reviews were real. Best da#@ tax people I've ever dealt with, got my license back in less than a week and got me into a $108 payment with the IRS.

I had a New York state tax debt and an IRS tax debt, both coming after me at the same time. I had all kinds of stuff going on in my family and these taxation agencies were trying to destroy me financially. I'm not a dummy, I'm a professional, and I couldn't believe I'd gotten myself into this situation. I didn't have the will to deal with New York and the IRS at the same time. I consider myself fortunate that I stumbled across J. David Tax Law. I got exactly what they told me I would. I only wanted to work with an attorney to handle the negotiations, that happened. I knew I'd most likely have to pay something, but it was lower than what I expected. I've owned businesses and when someone exceeds expectations I believe in giving credit where credit is due and this firm did a good job for me.

I was told by my tax attorney at this firm that if I was happy with the service and the outcome that they'd appreciate it if I would leave a review. I not a review type of person but I am happy to reccommend J. David Tax Law. I had a 401k that I thought I'd pay the taxes on and then got a big bill from the IRS that I owed them. My tax lawyer at J. David negotiated a payment that I could afford and I couldn't afford much. I hate I had to deal with it at all but glad I found someone who could deal with it for me. I would reccommend them to anybody.

Not a reviewer normally but they really helped me and my family out of a jam with a bad North Carolina State tax deal we had. I didn't think we'd be able to afford them but they worked with us. It worked our better than I expected it would. They took care of it.

All them attorneys I talked to before just wanted me to open my checkbook or try to scare me, with the IRS, to get my debit card. Made me real uncomfortable. These lawyers here did me right and got me out of the mess that I was in with the IRS. I don't like lawyers but I can't say nothin but good about how the people at J. David helped me. I'd tell anybody that.

I had been dealing with a tax issue for a few years and had put off getting help. These guys were professional from beginning to end. I never thought I could afford a tax attorney but the way they worked with me I was able to. They did more than I thought was possible. I'd recommend them.
