This company damaged the siding on my house, denied it happened, and overall -was very hard to deal with. First, they did not initially disclose that to use a credit or debit card I would have to pay an $8.00 transaction fee anytime I wanted to pay my bill. In fact when I asked them about how to make a payment after they came out -they had the audacity to ask me to mail a check to their PO Box. Who mails checks anymore? Don't they want to get their money efficiently? So after a couple days I called and left a voicemail begging for a way to pay by card or electronic debit. Classic bait and switch. I fell for it. I was promised a lower rate than other competitors. I was never told about the high transaction fee that I would have to pay monthly. Then they damaged the siding on the 3rd visit and when I confronted them about it-they denied it. I have pictures. I didn't ask for any compensation, just that they not do it again or they would lose the job. They continued to deny it so I fired them and hired myself to handle my yard this Summer. I wouldn't recommend these folks to my worst enemy.
