The Condo Association had repairs completed including pool, hot tub, new windows and roofs, painting and landscaping. The HOA fees have been lowered. The complex looks great! Amenities include nice size pool, hot tub, gym, tennis, volleyball and basketball. Convienient southside location makes it easy to get to beach or downtown.
