Rod with Footworks is truly awesome. The work that he does with power coating the rims on my husbands car is phenomenal. And he does great work on restoring headlights. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back for more work on my husbands car.

i have been doing business with footworks for a few years now i can see where somebody not used to seeing people of esteem character holding down thier own things may happen whether it be good ideas gone bad or unknown circumstances things happen to everyone customers and customizers after seeing these reviews on web im still going to footworks

unfortunately this is a case of the customer not having the money to pay his balance off. So instead he got upset when we would not let him ride off with the wheels without paying his balance. Sorry Mr. your wheels where chrome plated properly you just did not have the $1100.00 to pay. You could have told us you did not have the money. You tried to drive off with all the wheels but got only three. The fourth wheel will be on display if any one wants to see what true plating looks like. As for the customer I am sorry for the hard times and I hope things get better for you.

I had taken my Chrome Asanti's over to Footworks after hearing their fancy radio commercial. I couldn't find any reviews, but figured I would give them a chance based upon the pics of work they had supposedly done. They were supposed to re-chrome bolts, polish and re-chrome rims, and paint the spokes black within a month. 5 months later, after numerous calls and excuses to why they weren't ready, I was told that everything was perfect and ready for pickup. I get to the shop to pick them up, and the owner walked out the door and hopped into his car for an hour, leaving me waiting to come back after I called to say I was on my way. While I was waiting, I inspected my rims to see that nothing had been repolished, re-chromed, and the paint looked HORRIBLE, with runs, streaks, and regular blue painters tape still leftover. The owner tried to claim his job was professional and nobody could do a better job. He demanded payment, but will not get it ever, and I am currently seeking legal advice

I HAVE LIVED IN JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA FOR 16 YEARS. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL VEHICLES THROUGHOUT THAT TIME & HAVE GOTTEN CUSTOMIZATION WORK DONE AT NUMEROUS ESTABLISHMENTS. THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER HAD THE "DIS"-PLEASURE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! IT WILL DEFINITELY BE THE WORST MISTAKE YOU HAVE EVER MADE! UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOPPY WORK, STEALING EMPLOYEES, FILTHY WORK ENVIRONMENT, NEED I SAY MORE???!!!

The worst place of business I have ever seen. It takes forever to get a response, even after calling every other day or so. Highly unprofessional environment.
