I can't say enough about Lola's work. The quality of Lola's work is explicit. She pays attention to details and she carefully listens to her customers. Lola's professionalism is exceptional. Lola is quick and when she gives you a deadline for completion, the alteration is completed on time. Lola has altered over 14 of my garments. My goodness. First of all I have to say that this place is not like any other alteration. It is nicely decorated, has very spacious dressing room and great service. I took my jeans to be hemmed there and I'm very satisfied with the work. And the cost was the same as I used to pay at regular cleaners/alterations places. I highly recommend Elegance.
