Provided by YP.comThis place should not even be rated. It's full of druggies who stay up all night with the roaches. My room was fealty which matched the exterior. The place needs to be leveled. It would make a better parking lot. Beware!

When we checked into this hotel they told us there was a "pet deposit" of $100 and that we would get the deposit back as long as our dog didn't mess anything up when we were ready to check out. I double checked to make sure we would get the money back I asked the lady at the front twice about it before checking in. Well we checked out today and first they claimed I didn't pay a pet deposit. I assured them that I did and that my pet didn't mess anything up and I would like my deposit back. I also showed them the receipt and showed them where the deposit was on the receipt. Then they said "oh it was a pet fee not a deposit you get back." But hold on I checked twice before checking into the hotel that we would get the money back or I would have taken my pet some where else. They pretty much put it like this..when I checked in the $100 was a deposit I could get back..but then it became a fee when I checked out! So they basically stole $100 from us. They also refused to give us any owner contact info or any one who was above them. The lady that was at the front deck she was skinny with dreads she had a HORRIABLE attitude sitting there huffing a puffing and rolling her eyes. I didn't curse or raise my voice not once at then although the I was irritated and felt cheated I kept my composure while she was rude and acting like she didn't even want to work there. Ok not to mention that our hotel room sucked. It was dirty and when we went into the bathroom there where pieces of crap some one smeared on the wall. There where burnt cigarette holes all in the carpet and the room just smelled HORRIABLE!!!!! The microwave Didn't even work properly. The only button that worked was the popcorn button. This is by far one of the worst hotels we have stayed it although the as far as price goes it's affordable but I would never recommend this place for no one. They have nasty hoe woman out and around also saw a couple sniffing up some drugs off the table one night they I guess for got their window was open. Im seriously not making any of this stuff up we stayed there for 3weeks simply cause it was cheap and we were in the process of moving so we were trying to at least save money. But it wasn't worth getting some of our money stolen just because the owner "changed" and decided to call it a "pet fee" in stead of what they originally told me that it's a refundable pet deposit. They are not a honest buisness at all! do not go here ever!!!!!

Provided by YP.comthis hotel personel are very rude. I called from az to reach my daughter for a medical emergency on my 18 month old grandson and called repeatedly, the man that answered at 11:10 pm fl was rude and would not talk to me. he told me to call 911 if i needed to reach my daughter and repeatedly hung up on me. i, intend to talk to a lawyer regarding this and if my grandson has additional problems because his mother could not be reached because of this idiot, I will sue. someone in management had better call me or else!
