Hi James! You guys came out to my home on Saturday the 24th, and I just wanted to tell you that you did an EXCELLENT job!!!! I came home and couldn't believe how beautiful the carpet looked...just like brand new...all at an extremely reasonable price too!!! We had our carpets cleaned about 4 months ago with a different company and they charged us over $200 and didn't do half the great work you did! Thank you for your hard work and look for us to use your services about every two months!

Mr. Batts not only did a great job at cleaning my apartment but also went out his way to do so on a Sunday evening, while all the other carpet cleaning companies I called either laughed at the fact or would not provide me service on a Sunday. My carpet was uncleanable at this point & needed to be replaced. I was extremely impressed when my livingroom carpet was transformed back to new by the Rotovac.

LOVE THEM!! I found this company just by googling carpet cleaners in jax. The website seemed friendly, honest, upfront pricing, etc. So I made an appointment. I had fostered 3 black lab/ bull terrior pups on a whim bc they were going to get euthanized. Unprepared, I brought them home. The puppies destroyed my house needless to say. I cannot even describe what they did to the carpets. Batts Carpet Cleaners let me reschedule my first appoointment with no hassle bc I had not found all pups a home yet and didnt want to clean carpets just to get re-soiled. They were so professional, prompt, kept me informed about house while I was at work. They did a WONDERFUL job!!! I cannot even tell there was ever an animal in the house!
