These guys are great! I called regarding my driver's side (electric) window, which I thought had slipped off the track. I spoke with Kris who stated he could pretty much tell me what it was by the way I described it, looked up the parts, and gave me an estimate over the phone. It was reasonable and less than the place I had called previously. I drove by, just for him to 'listen' to it and ended up getting it repaired on the spot. These guys are pretty busy so I recommend calling before you pop in... I was just lucky. Also, you might want to leave your vehicle and arrange for "a ride" as the waiting area isn't comfortable.

I highly recommend them they are fair with there prices and work very hard.
