Service department at Arlington Toyota is great. Our service advisor Mike Sandelin takes super care of us, and only fixes what needs to be done. We keep going back because of him.

I called in on Friday 2.17.17 and spoke with Mike Sandelin I DID NOT have an appointment before calling I said I know you are probably booked but can I come and get an oil change,he said absolutely come on in and we will take care of you.He did exactly that,they got us in and at right at an hour,very pleased with the service.They are always so nice and pleasant AND informative.I love Arlington Toyota and the staff!!!!

Always treated like a friend by Michael Sandelin in the service department at Arlington Toyota. I can trust him when he tells me something needs to be replaced, or can wait until next visit. He has told me (often) that I didn't need the service I had signed up for , and usually saved me money. When I came in with one damaged tire, and he said I really needed three - and buy three get one free was the better deal -- no question - I got four new ones. I trust him with my cars, and our safety. Good guy. Great service.

I visited Arlington Toyota on 4/1 with no specific details about the 2015 Highlander. My salesperson Justin McCarley was very knowledgeable and patient with me while I thoroughly checked out the vehicle, and available models. We spent a great deal of time, and never once did I feel rushed or pressured. After working with Justin, I was sold on the Highlander, Arlington Toyota, and their knowledgeable staff.

We were a little skeptical going to a big dealer since we had a specific price range but they have something for everybody. Our salesman Jessie was fantastic & super funny. The car we originally went to look for ended up not being what we wanted but Jessie showed us cars that would work for us & didn't pressure us to spend more. We walked out with a vehicle spending exactly what we wanted to. Definitely recommending to family & friends. Thank you Jessie & Arlington Toyota for a great experience!

Bought a 2013 Tacoma from Keith Person and brought it to Arlington for service a couple of times. Both times they were slow and did an incomplete job. Then when calling to inquire I was told I'd have to talk to someone specific who wouldn't return my calls. Not sure about buying from them but the service experience is awful.

Rate before you buy

I was interested in a new Toyota and would have purchased if the management hadn't butted in and started strong arming me. Since when does belittling customers and refusing to return their keys help sell cars? Maybe some people don't mind but you won't get my business.

Arlington Toyota Review

I purchased my toyota from arlington toyota in 2006.

Have not had any major problems to date, as of this writing, Oct. 2010.

Although, like most dealers, i feel that after the sale, they do not do much to keep in touch with you or see how your vehicle is performing. I would like to see better customer service relations and show the customer how much they appreciate our business. As without customers, there would be no business and they in turn would have no job!

Their has been a recent recall on 2005-2008 models , i am planning to contact arlington toyota this week to see how efficient they are in helping me to figure out if my car is affected by the recall or not. To my understanding this recall is a major problem, as, they stated it has to do with the engine control module, if not fixed can cause a cars engine to stop and you could have a bad crash. So lets see how they take care of this problem. I will write more in the future after i find out the results and let everyone know how arlington toyota is doing in handling these problems.

Worst service I have ever seen

I brought my car to the Toyota Arlington Collusion Center after an accident. They damaged my power window while they were reparing! my car, they said it is worn out. The staff were very rude. They left black stains on my tan leather seats and never cleaned it. And guess what! They painted the door with mismatch color and they never fixed it. When you have chance go to another body shop or better place to fix your car. You would not want to deal with those rude and dishonest people.

No Integrity

I thought this dealership would be ethical because it is family owned. However, the woman who owns the place is not monitoring it or maintaining ethical standards. First the customer service is non-existent. They are all false smiles and quick talk to get you into a vehicle but then are deceptive about price, payments, warranties, etc. They even tried to bill me for additional items not in the camry I was going to purchase. The salesmen ignored me at first when I got there and then tried to sell me a scripted sales line. Once I told them exactly what I was looking for they put me in a vehicle with more features than I wanted. After finding a vehicle I noticed the price and features. However, when it came time to do the paperwork process the MSRP was allot more expensive, not including title, tax, delivery. I finally figured out that they had swapped cars on me and that the camry they were trying to do the papaerwork on was the same color but also loaded with thousands of dollars in dealership extras, and warranties. They also kept trying to get me to finance the car when I repeatedly told them I had cash. This continued even to the point of the sale when they brought out financing paperwork. I finally walked away after I realized they had swapped vehicles on me. They are a bunch of slick lying thieves and it is best to STAY AWAY. I had a toyota 4 Runner before but am now somewhat turned off on Toyota because they let a sleaze dealership like this operate with their name.
