Now is the time!We care about your progress and work with you to enhance your skills.We are proud to work with homeschooling groups as well!At the Academy of Music & Arts, you can get the highest quality of instruction in nearly every instrument you can imagine and only every level. We take care to employ only the best instructors with years of experience and strong ties in the community.If you are interested in joining a group, we offer orchestra ensembles and show choirs that bring a strong sense of camaraderie. For those who really enjoy rocking out, we have Rock Bands on both the Junior (ages 9-13) and Senior (Ages 14 and up) level, comprised of the drums, guitar, vocals and keyboard.We are pleased to offer Theory classes (all levels), and we also happily accept adults!Learn all about acting, or take your acting skills to the next level! We offer acting classes from teachers with strong involvement in community and dinner theatre, so you can really hone your skills for our performances and shows.Are you thinking of auditioning for a part with the local community theaters? Sign up for an acting class with us and go in to your audition with renewed confidence.Have you always been interested in learning the guitar? How about the trumpet? We offer lessons in a wide variety of musical instruments from experienced teachers who will guide you through with a talented hand. Do you have a big college or high school band audition coming up? What about that prestigious arts and music school you'd love to get into? We've helped dozens of students hone their craft and gain almost immediate acceptance into some of the top arts and music schools in the area, including the La Villa School of the Arts and the Douglas Anderson School of the Arts.The Academy of Music & Arts has two convenient locations - one in Jacksonville and another in Fleming Island.
