When I was a service technician in HVAC I briefly worked for this company and was living paycheck to paycheck with a new baby and freshly married. I worked hard for them for the short time I worked there. They accused me of stealing a $20 transformer and put me through the ringer over it and even called the police on me, even though I did not do this. They fired me that night without cause. It felt to me they needed a reason to get rid of me. This is how they treat their employees.

These people are crooks my husband worked for them for 2weeks and they refused to pay him telling him he was shadowing... mmmm how was he shadowing when your technician left him to install units by himself this place over charges there customers I’m currently going taking them to court through legal aid this place should be shut down I strongly suggest you get a 2nd oppion before getting there service

Worst company to deal with, when it comes to the service. They are closed on Sunday and ignore the customer completely in the weekends. They expect AC issues won't happen on Sundays and don't even have courtesy to call back and help the customers. Their service manager Allison, whom we dealt with is even more worse to deal with. She ordered the tech to leave the premises who showed up on Monday leaving the customers with broken AC for the whole weekend. The AC was broken right after their service tech on did maintenance on Friday.
So don't ever deal with this company. They are customer unfriendly and their management is even worse to deal with the customers who bought AC system with them and who wrote maintenance contract with them.

This company is very dedicated with this air conditioning and heat. If i had to choose any company they will always be #1

Called later in the evening expecting to have to wait another day for cool air and received prompt same day service. GREAT COMPANY!!! Highly recommend!!!
