DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Made an appointment with this company for Monday, not only did they not show, but never called. The appointment was for 1-4 pm, I waited until 5 and of course the office was closed and no answer or machine to leave a message. I sat by the phone all day. Called this morning to ask what happened and they didn't have an answer, however, they said they would be there today at noon. I got a call saying they were on the way at 1:45. At 4:45 I called back asking if they had made it since I didn't hear from them and got the reply that the truck broke down and it would be tomorrow. Another day by the phone. I've never understood how a company could stay in business with this type of ethic. Not only do they waste your time, they don't have the respect to call and say they won't be there so you can make other arrangements.
