Beware of Picasso Salon. I bought my wife, who has some major mobility issues, a $150 Gift Certificate online through the website. Due to health issues, my wife will be unable to use the certificate and I requested that the charge be reversed.



I was told that there would be a 20% "Restocking Fee". Only an organization that cares about money and not integrity could charge a "Restocking Fee" to reverse a purchase of an electronic gift card. Keep in mind that there was NOTHING on there website about this.



When I complained, I was told that they were doing me a favor since gift card sales are final. Again, there was NOTHING on there website about this. Had I been given this information first, I would have asked if someone else could use it. I think they are happier with a few bucks for no services or product.



Please pass the word.

I had a gift certificate to the salon for a 30 minute massage and a mani/pedi. The massage was good, nothing spectacular but good. The mani/pedi was FABULOUS though...seriously the best I have ever had. Almost every time I get a mani the polish chips within a day or two. I have had this one for over a week now and is still going strong. I will undoubtedly be back there as soon as I am in need of more nail care.

I have gone to Picasso for several months now. I just moved to Jacksonville beach from New York and al the locals told me to go to Picasso. I have been going to Danielle to get my hair done and Summer and Teri for my waxing and nails.

I love Picasso Salon. I get my hair there regularly and they always do a great job. I have gone to several of their stylist, Rondi, Katie and Tamy and I get consitat good servces.

I am so glad I have found such a nice place.

My wife and I have been going to Picasso to get haircuts and regular massages. I have also bought a number of gift certificates for my clients and they all give me great reviews after they go.



I recomend Miguel for massage and Rondi and Carl to get your hair done!

How does this place stay in business. I should have ran when the lobby was full of complaining clients that were so very dissatisfied. My advice- STAY AWAY

I had already heard discouraging reviews about this place through people I know, yet I gave them a try anyway. It was one of the biggest mistakes I made. The horrible customer service and lousy hair style and make-up left a bitter taste in my mouth. Casey is very inexperienced in hair and make-up and will get mad at you if you make slight suggestion on how you'd like your hair/make-up to look. I will never go back to Picasso for any services. I wish I would've listened to reviews and not been willing to try it out for myself. I realize now that reviews are only meant to help prevent you from making the mistake I did. Maybe they offer some decent services, but unfortunately I was not a recipient of one. Also, one time I was told by the front desk that they go online and pretend to be "costumers" and write positive "fake" reviews.

I have been going to both Laura (for color & cut) and Lucy (for waxing & facials) for 5 years. I started with them when they were at a Salon in Sawgrass; minutes from my home... so when they moved to Picasso Day Spa & Salon in Atlantic Beach, I followed them.



The new spa is very nice. The owner and other staff very welcomimg. Regardless, you will be very pleased if you book Laura & Lucy -- it's their expertise that makes my husband (who goes to Lucy for waxing) and me willing to drive the extra 20 minutes!

Had a massage - was great, and I have a high bar for registered massage therapists. However, the office staff did not coordinate the timing of our pedicures correctly, so ended up spending an extra hour at the salon unnecessarily.
