I had been to Christine 2 or 3 times last year for color and cut and was reasonably happy - happy enough to go back. Then in late Oct. of last year I went in for a color and cut and when she was washing my hair she asked if I wanted it blow dried - well since it was about 35 degrees out and in the past I always got it blow dried I said yes. She says "that will be an extra $25.00"!!! Well I was too shocked to say anything so I paid her $100 which included the blow drying fee and did not leave her a tip (she is the owner but I always left a hefty tip in the past). Needless to say i won't be going back. I dislike owners of salons that change their fees to fit their mood at the time.... Good by Christine - you lost a good customer and I won't be recommending anybody to you!!
