I recently bought a car from Granite Auto and had a terrible experience. The salesmen were the people that give used car salesmen a bad man, pushy and trying too hard. I liked a car they had and was leaving for a trip so I made it work. The car made a funny sound when turned hard to the left and after asking about it they explained it was accessory belts, that they would change them before selling it to me, and how other dealers would just throw some lube on it to stop the noise. After purchasing the car and having them change the belts two weeks later the same noise was back. They also told me they would send me the title to the car as I was moving out of Jackson. After calling 6-7 times I reached them 5 weeks later and they told me the title was given to Teton County. I paid the sales tax, the extra interest for a late payment and had the county send it to me. All in all a very poor experience. Please don't waste you time with this dealer.
