I called to advise I was in the hospital for 23 days due to serious accident . Vicky was rude and basically advised me she did care that they expected. Payment. I have tried to catch payment up and today served court payment must mailed payment 2 weeks ago. Slowly advised I would. Mail a other payment 2r weeks. Just mind to file ba bankruptcy and they would receive nothing simply because the way Vicky talked to me. I'm only drawing STD and SS. This company has had numerous bad reviews and I would people to avoid at all cost. If she was in this type of bad situation I'm sure an she would need compassion. I will also file Better Business complaint and the many complaints against them. Signed Marilyn Steele

Volunteer lenders is sorry. I will lose everything in my house before I ever get any money from them. They repossessed my mother's truck because she missed 2 months payment when she has payed on time for years with them. They say she will have to pay all of the money back in 10 days or they will sale her truck. They won't even let her pay the 2 months where she was behind to get it back. They are very sorry people if I had to rate them from 1-10 1 being the lost and 10 being the highest I would give them -7,000. Do not go to volunteer lenders! They don't deserve a star but can't post with out one

After being a customer for years, volunteer lenders arranged to have our car repossessed in the middle of the night for violating the 2 month rule. We are a family of 6 going through the hardest financial crisis of our lives that now have to figure out how to work and take care of our family without a car unless of course, we come up with the full balance that includes all the ridiculous interest fees. Documentation of our situation, pleas of understanding and payment arrangements of merely days were quickly dismissed and ignored. If you want a finance company who actually cares about more than what your monthly payment is, this is not the company you want. Learn from our horrible mistake. Companies who treat customers like this never remain, they wilt away and are quickly forgotton. You may have taken our car, but no finance company can break our spirit. Enjoy your new car, it served us well, and our family will remain bonded knowing this too shall soon pass.
