Unprofessional and worst haircut, will never go back there

I've been there three times (four if you count making them fix the terrible cut they gave me) in the past year and all i have to say is: TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

all they have are a bunch of half-trained college girls who are afraid to cut hair - especially if you have anything other than perfectly pin straight hair. Today, the girl cutting my hair made a mistake on the front and thought it would be acceptable to just grab a handful of hair and whack it off into side bangs. I actually had to go home and fix it myself. it looked like someone without thumbs used safety scissors to cut my hair, and now i have to go pay to get it fixed somewhere else. if you're thinking about going here, just cut it yourself. trust me, this place isn't worth it.
