Don't let Christopher Blakeslee be your IME examiner. His office cares more about keeping the insurance company as a client than you. To Blakselee, you are an appointment once that they can never consult with again, and yet the insurance company will be back for years to come. That sentiment totally reflected in his report that had the power to prevent me from getting the treatment I need to heal, and get my life back. He has caused me much suffering, and the head nurse is heartless, too. People like that can cause a lot of damage for a long time to come.
