At the end of our stay they hit our credit card with fake charges that we had to dispute with our credit card company. We went directly to the manager and was refused help. Then we went directly to the card company and filed a dispute and we won with a decision by the card company to reverse the charges. This place took $150 DEPOSIT from us when we checked in and they NEVER returned the deposit. This is a place where hotel scams occur and you have to fight them so just stay somewhere else and save yourself the problems. Also, they quit serving all complimentary meals and their pool is nasty, and our room filled with water backup from air conditioning that soaked the carpet and room began to smell like mold and a stinky wet mop.

I stayed here back in January and this place was reasonably priced and had good service but some friends and I stayed here this weekend and the service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! The 1st room they put us in was stinky and the key didnt work and the 2nd room was upstairs and it was better but it had a broke bed! My receipt said checkout was @ 12 noon and an employee was knocking on our door @ 11:15 THEN practically called me a LIAR when i told him what time my receipt said check out was! 4 people stayed in our room and there were only 3 towels then we caught rudeness when we requested additional towels.... Also, you KNOW its bad when the OWNER tells the men with you to take your GPS out of the vehicle and dont let the women walk around alone...
