They really need some fixing up in need of a paint job. They fool you with the front apartments. Roads are nice and buildings painted. The back is awful. Paint chipped laundry mat is horrible. Old rusted equipment. Road has pot holes. Trash always over flowing. They still haven't came to fix anything. RUN! Take your money elsewhere. Roaches! Take your money elsewhere!
